Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the scheduling service operated by Beacon LLC (“Beacon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at facilitypresence.com and cal.facilitypresence.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, using it to transmit spam or unlawful content, or violating the rights of others.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data received through these integrations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Beacon LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the Service or to others.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
